1/ the pre-press process—client provide us the design artwork in AI,PDF,PSD or CDR with more than 300dpi,and select the mateiral of packaging(normally the facepaper use white coated artpaper, special paper in various textured choose,leatherette paper etc then mounted with rigid grey board/chipboard)
2/ the printing--now the widely used printing technology is offset printing(for bulk quantity in fast speed and cheap price,in flat surface),silk screen printing(for small quantity in local region,and can be used in other mateiral like fabric,plastic,ceramic, in bending surface ).
3/the after--press process,there are kinds of surface finishing for paper packaging,popular used are glossy/matte lamination,varnishing&polishing,hot-stamping/foil, embossed/debossed,spot UV.
4/ the manual work--mounted the thin surface paper with die-cutted rigid hard grey board then assemble to box shape.
5/ the packaging and delivery—after inspected by QC , the qualified box will be pack into master shipping carton and arrange shipping accordingly.
